Beacon offers flexible work hours, a reduced work week and work at home opportunities. We understand that in this industry unusual hours are sometimes required and generally provide staff with the flexibility to adjust their schedules as needed.
Vacation time
At Beacon we value a healthy work life balance and understand the importance of providing time off to do so. We offer three weeks of vacation to start so that employees can take needed rest time and come back to work feeling refreshed.
