Kelly is an Aquatic Ecologist with over nine years of experience working on multi-disciplinary engineering, environmental assessment, natural habitat inventory, and impact assessment projects across Ontario in the transportation, mining, industrial and land development sectors. She is RAQS approved as a Fisheries Assessment Specialist.

Kelly carries out and manages many facets of environmental assessment for municipal and provincial transportation projects which involve comprehensive investigations of fish populations, aquatic habitat assessment, water quality monitoring, impact analysis, and protection/mitigation measures as well as habitat compensation design. In addition, she has considerable experience in environmental protection, management, and aquatic Species at Risk, environmental regulatory legislation, and environmental monitoring of aquatic ecosystems.
