Maureen is a Geomorphic Systems Analyst with a strong background in physical geography and experience with geomorphic assessments, meander belt width assessments, Species at Risk permitting, sediment transport assessments, channel restoration and environmental impact studies.  She has worked in a wide range of watercourse environments (including small streams, large rivers, shorelines and wetlands) and is familiar with geomorphic stream assessments, detailed data surveys with RTK GPS and Total Station, bathymetric surveys and bed material and suspended sediment sampling.  She also has an in-depth knowledge of federal, provincial, regional and municipal agency permitting requirements relating to watercourses including those related to the Endangered Species Act, Permit To Take Water, Department of fisheries and Oceans requirements, and Conservation Authority regulations.
