Beacon has experienced facilitators on staff who regularly prepare consultation and engagement plans, facilitate meetings and workshops, and provide engagement summaries for environmental projects.
Beacon’s senior staff have played lead roles in the development and teaching of well-established ecological assessment protocols in Ontario including the ecological land classification system, Ontario wetland evaluation system and headwater drainage feature assessment protocols.
Based on this expertise, Beacon’s professional staff provide guest lectures and lead workshops at various institutions, and offer training and courses in selected areas of expertise on request including: ecological assessment, hydrogeological assessment, wildlife management, wetland evaluation, environmental impact assessment, stream assessment protocols, plant identification and ecological land classification.
